What we collect

Registration details (email, name, mobile number), your service location, optional demographic details you choose to share, and the activity needed to run bookings and campaigns.

Date of birth

Your date of birth is used only to confirm age eligibility for restricted experiences. It is readable by you and by platform administrators, and is never shown on public profiles or shared with venues.

Location

We use your emirate and city to show relevant experiences and to match you with venues near you. We do not track your device location.

Consent records

Acceptance of these documents is stored with its version and timestamp. Marketing and WhatsApp updates are optional, stored separately, and can be withdrawn at any time from your settings.

Security

Access is enforced in the database, not in the browser: you can only read and change your own records, and sensitive fields are restricted to you and platform administrators.
